Shipping in the USA:
Cartoka ships within 48 hours of recieveing the order. Shipping for items under 2 pounds is done via USPS. All packages over 2 pounds are sent via UPS. On some products we offer FREE SHIPPING or we upgrade the shipping to a faster method - free of charge of course.
Canadian Shipping: All canadian orders are shipped from Canada.
This means no duty or border delays to our customers.
However 7% GST applies to all Canadian orders.
British Columbia orders add 7% PST
Shipping in CANADA is done by FedEX ground for items over 2 lbs (2-10 business days)
Items under 2 lbs. are sent via Canada Post (2-10 Business days)
Shipping is done from Vancouver BC
In greater Vancouver area we use courier service to deliver your items (same day - 2 bus. days)
RETURNS:
All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Electrical items can not be returned.
Of course warranty applies to all products.
