In all cases the following applies:

• Shipping is not covered by warranty
• The purchaser is responsible for the shipping costs of the defective AND the new item.

RETURN INFORMATION

NEW ITEMS:

As long as the item is unused and can be resold again as new it can be returned for a refund (except electrical items).
Electrical items can not be returned as their usage can not be determined.
If returned, electrical items are subject to a 50% depreciation fee.
Shipping is NEVER refundable
Actual shipping cost will be deducted from return amount.
Returns are subject to 30% restocking fee.

All of are used items are sold on an AS IS basis.
Used Items are always considered - final sale (no return, no exchange, no refund)
In some unusual circumstances we may decide to take a used item back.
